Pre-Baked Pizza Crust

Wheat flour-based dough, pre-baked for pizza preparation after adding toppings.

Method of preparation

Preheat the oven to approximately 200°C for 10 minutes. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes. The time will depend on the type of filling. It is not advisable to prepare in the microwave.

Ingredients

Wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid, 80% vegetable fat* (genetically modified from Agrobacterium sp and/or Agrobacterium tumefaciens and/or Bacillus thurigiensis and/or Streptomyces viridochromogenes), sugar, salt and preservative calcium propionate.
