Dough for preparing pastries after adding fillings. Recommended for the general population and food service.
Method of preparation
Remove the dough from the refrigerator at least 2 hours before assembling the pastries. Fry the pastries in a good amount of hot oil. This way you will get a crispy and dry dough.
Ingredients
Wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid, animal fat, soybean vegetable oil, refined salt, vinegar and preservatives, potassium sorbate and calcium propionate.
